This is in reference to the payment reminder i received through post.
I Had booked my flat in Aqua Casa project on 18th Oct 2012. It is almost 5 years since the booking date & I see no clear signs of getting the project delivered immediately. Also you are talking about possession Phase wise whereas nowhere in BBA it is mentioned that project will be delivered in phases. I have made booking with Rudra aquacassa by getting a full plan of society with all features like swimming pool, park, parking ,lake, etc means a complete society. What will i do with the possession of flat which will be situated in an under construction society which may get ready in probably 2 years as mentioned by you. The whole project should be delivered in single phase so that we can start living there.
Please highlight on why this demand should be given when the project has not reached any stage even after the possession time has gone by long ago.
We Rudra aquacassa buyers are already in talks with your management. The project has already been delayed from your end and I am already bearing a huge interest on the Loan availed from Bank in addition to the Rent of the apartment I am staying in currently. The construction status of the site has not even reached 50% while I have already paid around (28,07,544) 92% of the total cost of the apartment and paid an interest of around 7-8Lacs. Till now i have made all the payment on time.Now it seems that I have made a big mistake by investing in your project.
Also as per the recent fraud case by Jaypee group, i am not in any state to trust the builders and want to secure what i have and what i have paid till now.
Till further notice, this demand is put on hold until we reach a stage of mutual understanding on the points above. The decision to pay the rest amount will be made only when all the buyers group will be satisfied by your commitments. I have invested my hard earned money and demand an explanation and penalty from you.. Any financial implication due to non-payment of this demand will be entirely on you
