Noida authority has opened flat wise OC with effect from 01.10.2019. We are planning to deliver by 31.03.2020 under the same scheme. With funds shortage continuing due to no fresh sales and NBFC sanctioned loan being disbursed in intermittent way, we just need your last push to offer possession before end of this year.
Kindly release balance amount of Rs. 819702/- (Excluding GST) to be incurred in your flat only for bringing it to a level of delivering finished floor with in this year. If you are having any constraint, please feel free to revert, we assure you that, we shall address each of it individually. All your issues of delayed penalty, if any, customised changes and finishing will be dealt with, once we reached to a stage of completion by 31.03.2020, Rudra will strive for re-creating the confidence and trust reposed while booking the flat.
