Hi!,
We had a meeting with lawyer yesterday. 11 People were present.
As per her, there is no point going for RERA complaint as Tribunal is
still not formed.
The case can be filed in National Consumer court if it is filed by the
association on behalf of it's members.
It has to start with sending the legal notice to the builder. Cost f
filing legal notice will be Rs. 500 per Flat + Rs. 100 as posting
charges provided the number of people filing the case if 30 or more..
As per lawyer, people who have bought the flat fr living should file for
the interest and early possession and people who have invested should
file for refund. Refund proceedings can take more time. However, the
reward in case of refund will be more.
I have shared the google document. Please copy the sheet and make new
sheet with yuor document number. People willing to file the case should
fill up the sheet within 2-3 days.
Regards,
Rahul Agarwal
