If you have a US number and call someone while visiting another country/region, you're charged international rates. Your mobile carrier might also charge you extra roaming fees. To make calls without roaming, you can use Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Texts you send from the Google Voice mobile app or at voice.google.com use data. They can use data from your mobile phone plan, or a Wi-Fi internet connection. You don't need to buy Google Voice credit.

You may notice a pending transaction for calling credit on your card statement or Google Pay. This pending transaction is an authorization request and not a charge. The authorization request is a temporary hold that changes when the payment goes through.

If you turn on auto-recharge in Google Voice, your charges for calling credit show under "Subscriptions and services" in Google Pay. You can make payments by visiting pay.google.com. Auto-recharge payments can't be managed from the Google Pay mobile app.

Call Voice Changer - Call Girl Voice Changer is a smartphone app that lets you change your voice during calls. This has many applications for creators or simply just for audio pranks. Call Voice Changer lets you adjust your pitch individually and can be used by various communication programs. It's an easy way to change your accent, plus there's a whole new way to make your voice sound different with the app.

Call Voice Changer - Call Girl Voice Changer is an easy-to-use application that lets you raise or lower your pitch to produce a different tone of voice. It lets you monitor the sound first before you make a call to hear what you sound like. You can also import a female voice to change the pitch, and the audio file can be saved in WAV format.

The application can be connected to VoIP programs and voice calls can be made with the modified voice. The UI is fairly simple, with a special slider that lets you go up and down in the pitch. You only need to shift the toggle to measure the pitch that they would want the voice to be adjusted. The only adjustment that users can make with the Call Voice Changer is the pitch of their voice.

No other aspect of the voice may be changed. However, even altering the tone will dramatically change the sound, and it becomes almost unrecognizable. To execute female roles or build material, this can be a wonderful tool to help you play various characters. So, using the app, it's not like you're instantly going to sound like a certain personality, but you can definitely sound like a woman with a different pitched voice.

Call Voice Changer-Call Girl Voice Changer is an easy, enjoyable way to modify one's voice for a call, to prank others, to create various characters using different voices, to attempt to sing songs in different voices, or just to have harmless fun with one's friends. However, if misused, it can be very dangerous and can be used for criminal activities. It's best to use the app for entertainment purposes only.

When you want your voice to be even clearer during a FaceTime or phone call, turn on Voice Isolation, which prioritizes your voice and blocks ambient noises. When you want your voice and all the sounds around you to be heard during a FaceTime call, you can turn on Wide Spectrum to leave ambient noises unfiltered.

It appears since the latest update... somehow... my announce calls (which has always been female) has been changed to male; I can't figure out how to fix it. It also seems as if the Wi-Fi calling isn't working...very well anymore. I've done all but a hard reset on my phone.

Hi, here's how I solved it on my iPhone 8 with iOS 11.2.1 (when I purchased the phone it came with iOS 11 and I updated it immediately after setup to 11.2.1). When I enabled call announcement I was surprised to hear a male voice (under iOS 10 I had Siri female), so I digged into this, and found the solution: go to Settings / Siri and Search, then turn on Press Home for Siri (of not enabled yet - in my case it wasn't because when setting up the phone I prefer to do most of the final setup later, so during the initial setup I just skipped the Siri part). Then you'll be given the options to choose from various voices for Siri. I guess you'll see that in your case you have English (United Kingdom) Male, so just change it to English (United States) American Female and you are safe to turn off Press Home for Siri (should you wish to). Solved the issue immediately (asked my wife to call me and enjoyed my female voice back again). Hope this helps!

i calling is also set up. I enable it when I come to work daily. It's how I use my phone to stream things (my service isn't spectacular in my building) however, when I use the wi-fi calling feature, I don't have any issues. Since the update, it doesn't appear to be working.

I have a problem with outgoing call voice quality.
People who call tell me that my voice seems to fade away and come back.
Incoming call voice quality is OK.
This occurs on long distance call - I have tested it with calling from a local land-line phone to my FreePBX and then it works OK.

Ok, I see that EM7345 supports PCM voice. Do you know if this will work instead? What other options do I have? If the hardware will work then there is this tool to test: -wireless-em7345-4g-lte-m2-module/

Hi, I just bought a module for my thinkpad X240 and waiting for delivery. As the company behind the software mentioned before ,claims that it can make phone calls I will check it immediately. Actually there is nothing complicated to do it because GSM is a binary transmission and the device modulates your voice with PCM, after it all is just numbers. You can download the software AT command tester, it has 7 days trial. I will let you know if it works after couple of days. Here is a video of the AT command tester, you can see one of the options is DATA CALL which obviously is via GSM . =xiUlsqQ374c&t=26s

If you test your URL and your server is returning a response quickly, then next suggestion is to send an email to [email protected]. Our support team can dig into a phone call with you and see if there is a delay happening deeper thats causing Twilio to not get notified that the call has been answered, which would delay our HTTP request to your server.

I am sure this has been a very discussed topic for a while but I have not been able to find a clear explanation about what and how to use voice over OpenFire. It would be great if I could do voice and video but if I could start with voice it would be great.

I have experimented with the jingle plugin just then and found something very interesting. The voice channel is supposedly established but there is no sound on either ends, looking at the logs I found out that spark is using the wrong IP address to initiate the session.

Best user experience is to use Jitsi client instead of Spark with JingleNodes and Jitsi VideoBridge plugin for Openfire for both audio and video conferences involving multiple people or just one2one voice/video chats.

For years, a common scam has involved getting a call from someone purporting to be an authority figure, like a police officer, urgently asking you to pay money to help get a friend or family member out of trouble.

The Federal Trade Commission issued a consumer alert this week urging people to be vigilant for calls using voice clones generated by artificial intelligence, one of the latest techniques used by criminals hoping to swindle people out of money.

In 2019, scammers impersonating the boss of a U.K.-based energy firm CEO demanded $243,000. A bank manager in Hong Kong was fooled by someone using voice-cloning technology into making hefty transfers in early 2020. And at least eight senior citizens in Canada lost a combined $200,000 earlier this year in an apparent voice-cloning scam.

Service Provider is using ISR 3945 as a Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) to connect to his Interconnects over SIP trunks. It is unclear what causes the condition when a call disconnects on one side but does not get cleared on the other side, and results in Call hanging/Call hung.

However, it does happen sometimes and causes hanging calls on CUBE. ISP will be requesting their partner Service Provider to identify and clear the hung state calls to avoid blocking of connections and these can be cleared manually in CUBE as shown here.

Use the "called" number from the show commands given and use the "clear call voice" command to clear the hung calls towards the ISP network with the Call ID and Cause Code Value of the hung call:

Clear Call Voice command: To clear one or more voice calls detected as inactive because there is no RTP or RTCP activity, use the clear call voice command in EXEC or privileged EXEC mode.

The only way to clear those persistent calls would be to reboot the CUBE. I have tried several methods to clear hung calls, none of them seemed to work. I opened a Cisco TAC case and they said to reboot the CUBE is the only way to really clear them.
