Checksystem issues

Hello!

We're experiencing some checksystem issues which make some teams look DOWN, though they are not.

It leads to loosing of SLA and blocks those teams from sending flags.

What we are doing now:

1) resolving the issue

2) temporary allowing to send flags even if you're considered down

3) thinking how to recals SLA to make it fair. Also thinking of game prolongation.

We are sorry for this and hope to fix it soon.
