Sunny Room for Rent in Bedstuy!

Hello all, 

My roommate Jeremy and I live in Bedstuy and we are looking for a new roommate to move in ideally 9/1 or sooner.

The bedroom is large, sunny, and unfurnished with three windows and room for a desk. Rent is $921.17 plus utilities with one month rent for security deposit. 

The apartment has roof access, backyard access, and two washers and dryers in the basement. We are located just a couple blocks from the Gates stop off the JZ train. Extremely close to a grocery store (across the street,) an art supply store, and some bars and coffee shops are nearby. 

We are both artists looking for someone clean, chill and courteous. No pets please.
