Hello all,

It’s that time again! My roommate Jeremy and I are looking for some one to join our lease August 1 in Bedstuy. Date is a bit flexible. 

The bedroom is unfurnished and is $700.35 plus utilities with one month rent for security deposit. 

The apartment has central air, a great roof, backyard access with fire pit, and two washers and dryers in the basement. We are located a couple blocks from the Gates stop off the JZ train. Extremely close to an art supply store, two grocery stores on the block, blink fitness,

and some bars and coffee shops. 

We are both artists looking for some one clean, chill and courteous. No pets please.
