initializer patch

Hello,

After importing my rucola project into subversion, rake would not
launch te application. Instead it would show an error "no such file to
load -- /Users/jelle/Desktop/timetracker/vendor/plugins/.svn/init.rb".
I created a patch for the initializer to fix the problem. You can find
