Hello, What is the username and password for updating the 2211
firmware at fwupdate1.ruckuswireless.com. whenever I factory reset it,
the firmware update site defualts to my former internet provider USI
wireless's ftp site.

Since this is a USI device, it is defaulted to their settings. you
would need to contact them.
