Are you connected to another router or directly to the PC? We are
having an issue with the support site and it will be back up shortly.
We definitely need to get you upgraded to the new firmware.

I just upgraded to the latest firmware, and tested it under route
mode. It is faster with loading web pages but there are still
intermittent connection issues. Some of the web page will freeze and
never gets loaded, and this does not happen in bridge mode. The speed
also seems to degrade, to a point where I cannot even access the
configuration screen and has to reboot. When in route mode, i am
directly connecting to the ruckus, so the router should not be the
cause of the problem.

Could you send the support info which you can find from Maintenance
page of the Ruckus Web UI to sup...@ruckuswireless.com?
You will want to copy and paste the whole thing while you are
experiencing the problem.
