Ruckus disconnects but signal is excellent.

Can anyone help me understand what is going on? The internet works
perfecly then all of a sudden my browser doesn't load. When I open the
Ruckus homepage, it says I am disconnected. Why does this happen?

Hi Ella,

Do you know what version of firmware you are running? If you can log
into 2211 through WebUI, you will see the firmware version number right
above the Auto Update button on Information->system page. If you are
running 3.4.0.1477, I would suggest that you upgrade to 3.4.0.1521. You
can do this from Maintenance->Upgrade page.

You can find the release notes for 3.4.0.1521 firmware, which contains
the upgrade instruction if your 2211 is configured in Bridge mode.

If you are already running 3.4.0.1521, could you please save the
support information from Maintenance->Support page. By clicking Upload
button, you will be able to save it to your local hard disk. Could you
email that file to sup...@ruckuswireless.com please?

Hi,

This is far too general to offer any advice. Can you tell me what
network you are using this with? Who did you purchase this from? Can you
send the support text that you can collect from the webUI?
