urgent help needed

we are having metro isp that provides wireless broadband service.
the isp charges rental for them metro gateway.
so i purchased the mm2211 gateway from the isp, so that i dont have to
give rental each month.
Now i am discontinued with that isp, and wishes to change it,
but i cannot get across the modem page. i tried 192.168.0.254 (my ip
192.168.0.2, subnet 255.255.255.0), but no use...
i believe that it is in bridged mode, since i get public ip if i
connect to prev ip.
Is there some way i can get the login address for the device...
Please help or my money will go to sewage,...

i have been able to login to 2211, but the problem is that i am not able to set the SSID or LAN,WLAN options,
It is just showing me options to change basic IPs.
I think its disabled byt isp.
my firmware is 4.4.2.0.50
Please help.
Can i upgrade the firmware so as to get all options..
