Simon Darkway is a black hearted scoundrel with no noble impulses what
so ever. He is quite intelligent and highly charismatic. The
personification of greed and evil.
Love Rides the Rails is a farcical over the top comedy in the style of
Dudley Do-Right and other meller dramas. The villain Simon Darkway is
determined to take over the innocent Walker Valley Pine Bush and
Pacific Railroad and force the lovely young heroine Prudence Hopewell
to marry him through fair means or foul. His only obstacle is our
noble hero Truman Pendennis. But Simon has a plan to win both railroad
and girl by preventing a mail train from running for 24 hours causing
the company to lose its franchise.
The show runs April 26-28.
