is waves/stable ready to move to rubyforge as 0.8.3?

looking for reasons not to just package this up and push it out to rubyforge.

also: are there some goodies in edge that need to be moved over?

I think most stuff might still be in edge, I actually have
a 0.8.3 tag in there at some point for the matcher changes
mainly although changes related to that appear after the
tag, too. Plus Rackup, the caching and the lib namespacing.

KK and Roberto would be better able to answer if there is
anything in edge that is useful to running applications,
but I highly suspect so.

Can of course do a cherry-pick to reduce the impact of not-
yet-used code on the codebase.
