OS X, rvm get stable => BASH 3.2.48 required (you have 3.2.48(1)-release) Could not update RVM

Trying to update RVM (currently 1.11.2) and get the message in the subject.  Tried with rvm update head also.  OS X 10.7.3 (Lion), XCode 4.2.1

Ideas?

rvm head was updated at GitHub about thirty minutes ago to check for
your bash (or zsh) version I think.

Open an issue at GitHub is probably your quickest alternative if you
don't want to update Apple's bash.

Yeah that code was a user submission. Its being reverted. Please monitor our repository for the reversion of that code.
