Hi.

I'm setting up another Fedora server today (rvm, as usual, is great &
faultless. Thanks) & I noticed that rvm requirements still advises
iconv-devel.

There is no iconv-devel package according to yum & yum grabs glibc
anyway when you groupinstall the Development Tools, so maybe time to
expunge it from the requirements for Fedora?

Hi,

According to this doc(http://www.gnu.org/software/libc/manual/html_node/glibc-iconv-Implementation.html) glibc provides it for over 13 years now!

Please open a pull request and I will merge it.
