When you reinstalled xcode did you re-install the command line tools?

I suddenly can't install any rubies.  I suspect this may have stemmed from me having my Mac die on me, switching to a new one, and copying all my files over from the hard drive of the whole one during the mac setup process (but that could be a red herring I suppose).

I completely removed rvm and xcode, reinstalled xcode, reinstalled rvm.

But I still get the error below (also available in this gist, and also there with --trace: https://gist.github.com/denishaskin/6174997 )

There are some open issues that seem somewhat similar but they're very confusing, and having tried the various things there, nothing has helped.  Recommendations?  I'm dead in the water, thanks...

$ rvm install ruby-1.9.3-p286
Searching for binary rubies, this might take some time.
No binary rubies available for: osx/10.8/x86_64/ruby-1.9.3-p286.
Continuing with compilation. Please read 'rvm help mount' to get more information on binary rubies.
Installing requirements for osx, might require sudo password.
Certificates in '/usr/local/etc/openssl/cert.pem' already are up to date.
Requirements installation successful.

Sorry! Should have updated my question here.  That was my problem, exactly.  Thanks.

Michal -- in my case it was my own error; had neglected to reinstall the xcode command-line tools.
