Installer documentation does not mention distribution packages

Hi!

I just realized, that Ubuntu provides a 'ruby-rvm' package to install via package manager.

Although this might not be the latest (and not even the latest stable version), would it not be good to mention this installation method?

Probably this is sufficient in some cases. 

If installing such packages leads to problems, it would also be great to at least state this.

Any thoughts?

This package should be removed as it is not maintained and the version it provides not only is buggy but it also has some extra issues introduced by packaging fo debian / ubuntu
