Hi there,

This release is primarily a bugfix release of Rubyripper. It disables
the usage of extra threads since there doesn't seem to be an easy fix.
At least it now works out of the box.

The threading problem is introduced by the 0.17 release of ruby-gtk2
bindings. With the 0.16 bindings there is and was no problem at all.
That's what makes it so hard to debug. It would have been much easier
to track down when due to a certain commit of mine things stopped
working.

Besided the threading business, also some small features:
* french translation
* proxy support
