Replication in off-line mode

Hi guys, i am loving the software!!!

However i have a question, let's say that i have two databases and i configure the software to automatically replicate the two. I have a database in a server on internet and another database in a server on my local network, if my internet connection  fails and records are added to my local database, the triggers can't automatically replicate the information. When i get my internet connection back that old records will be replicate automatically to my on-line database?
