Hey,
Good friend of mine recently took over as CEO at Madvertising in Berlin. They are looking for a lot of Ruby developers so if you want to work in probably the hippest (hipsterest!?) tech city in the world let me know/send me a CV and I'll put you guys in touch/pass it on.
