Does everyone have Ruby and Rails installed on their machines? If
there are Windows users, they should download InstantRails.

When learning Ruby, you will find irb (Instant Ruby) to be an
excellent tool -- any time you are not sure about syntax, try it first
in irb.

There are plenty of tutorials on Rails that you can get started with...
