newbie? --- how to join two columns

Hello,

1.In my User model i want to join all the users first name and the
last name.
2. how to create a named route with _ first name and last name by
find_user_by_fullname..
3. Should i save the full name of a user as an other attribute for
easy routing and other stuff?
