Footnoes Plugin v3.2

I've updated Footnotes Plugin to v3.2

For those who doesn't remember, it adds notes in your pages for easy
debugging and provides some links back to Textmate.

Awesome! Love the ability to see the query details.. it's also
available via the cmd window, but this is much nicer.
