controller testing using rspec

to Ruby on Rails: TextMate
Does anybody know how to do the testing for controllers with rspec??
Coz I really am having a hard time doing the tests.. the error that
always occur was "@controller is nil" and I really cant find a way to
fix it. This is always the error whenever I compile my file. So please
if anyone knows the correct way of testing controllers with rspec..
