Call Generate Script - No Output

I am currently going through the Peepcode video on Textmate. During
the video, Call Generate Script is executed which displays what is
created and opens the newly created migration file. My problem is that
every time I do the exact same steps I never get output. All the files
are created, but I am never informed and I am never taken to the new
Migration file.

Is there anything that I am missing?

I think its broken at the moment. I should reinvestigate why this is broken.
