I'm starting a company and we are building a social network with Ruby
on Rails.

I'm looking for some expert, energetic and experienced Ruby on Rails
developers and I'm not sure where I should go to post these jobs. Any
help would be appreciated.

Salary? Working conditions? Location? Kind of people that work there?

These are some things that could help other people in wanting to know more about your job.
