route :requirements not working?

I have the following route:

map.open_id_complete 'session', { :open_id_complete => true,
:requirements => { :method
=> :get },
:controller => "sessions",
:action => "create" }

map.resource :session

but when doing a POST, open_id_complete is triggered despite method is
not get!!

As pointed by Lawrence Pit, it is :conditions instead of :requirements
