New Open Source project: PropertyWebBuilder - a cms for realtors / estate agents

I recently decided to open source a project I worked on for about a year.

Would love to get some feedback, tips, etc.  The project is here:

The motivation behind it is to provide a good alternative to WordPress for people wanting to build real estate websites.  Right now it has feature parity with a lot of WordPress plugins out there but I want to build on that to make it the default no-brainer choice for anyone wishing to build a real estate website.

Currently has these features:

• Google maps integration
  
• Customisable look and feel
  
• Easily extendable
  
• Search engine friendly
  
• Mobile friendly responsive layout
