[JOBS] Ruby help needed for misc. issues

To the Ruby community:

We are a funded startup that wants to add the following features to
our existing Rails project:

- A permalink plugin to make sure our post URLs are SEO optimized,
- Resolving any IE 8 compatibility issues,
- Adding subdomain links to our navbar,
- Uploading KML files to our map as a new layer,
- Add a Site Map.

Our entire code base is on Github and it can be bootstrapped with a
rake task. If you're interested in helping us and our user community,
we look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

I can suggest on these

- Adding subdomain links to our navbar,
- Uploading KML files to our map as a new layer,
