Install mysql2 gem

Hello Folks.

I want to install mysql2 gem on my Windows Machine.

Mysql installed on that path : C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL Server 5.5

and i following below command but its occured that error.

Command.

gem install mysql2 -v=0.3.11 --platform=ruby -- --with-mysql-include=C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL Server 5.5\include --with-mysql-lib=C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL Server 5.5\lib --with-mysql-dir=C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL Server 5.5

Error.

Gem files will remain installed in C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby1.9.3/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/mysql2-0.3.11 for inspection.

Results logged to C:/RailsInstaller/Ruby1.9.3/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/mysql2-0.3.11/ext/mysql2/gem_make.out

Can anyone help me?.
