Rubymine Install Missing Gems

Hello All,

I am using JRuby in Linux Ubuntu 10.10.
In Rubymine IDE, I am getting as "Install Missing Gems"  link. After clicking on that link, I am  getting this error :-

Any Solutions ?

I am not able to debug also....

Have you installed psql Dev packages? Can't remember the actual package name, so you have to look for that name by yourself. Synaptic package manager should be helpful.
