We are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to be part of a team
building complex technology and software systems that will support our
rapidly growing business. A strong background working with large scale
systems, and leading edge technologies coupled with your desire to
make a huge impact and reap the ownership rewards of working in a fast
growing environment will be keys to your future success.

The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated, very bright, team
player and have:
 Strong OO development, testing and design experience (3+ years)
 Experience in building multi-tier or distributed systems (2+ years)
 Web application development experience (2+ years)
 Good relational database and SQL skills
 Hands-on experience with a version control system such as git or svn
 Familiarity with the Linux OS and basic sysadmin skills
 Bachelor or Masters degree in CS or related field
 Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails

Other desirable attributes or experience:
• UI design and implementation, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX (experience
with jQuery or Prototype a plus).
• Crystal Reports, or similar reporting development experience.
• Experience developing on other web frameworks, other high-level
programming languages, OOP, design patterns, etc.
