intermittent ASCII-8BIT and UTF-8

hi,

i am getting the error above in a _form.

i have taken the form 100times apart, put back together, i have all
utf8 settings in place.

i just realized that it actually doesnt come all the time, when i
reload the page couple of times, it comes, a reload seconds later
will show page correctly.

i am on rails 4.2, nginx. resources are plenty.

any ideas?

Are you sure the error says "intermittent" and not "incompatible"?

Try googling the error and you may find some useful stuff.
