Required Skills and Experience: 

Strong Model/View/Controller (MVC) implementation understanding 

Experience with Ruby on Rails (1+ years) 

Experience with 1 or more testing frameworks (RSpec, Capybara, Cucumber, Jasmine) (1+ years) 

Experience working with version control systems; preferably Git 

Strong communication skills 

Optional (but desirable) Skills and Experience: 

Experience with jQuery, Backbone.js, Angular.js, or similar 

Experience with agile development (SCRUM, Kanban, etc) 

Experience building font-end applications consuming web API's 

Healthcare industry experience
