simple_captcha problem

Hi,
I am using simple_captcha plugin. It works well. But after
sometime, throwing error "undefined method find_by_key". If I restart
my mongrel, the problem gets fixed and after sometime the same problem
appears again. Could anyone explain what the real problem is.
