Time departure of timestamp and realtime

Hi

How can remove a difference of 1 houre from the timestamp and the real
time?

If i type date in my linux shell, the result fits to the real date and
time but in my application is it 1 houre earlier.

I have changed the the timezone to 'Berlin' and this works out great!
