railsplayground MIA?

Is anyone else having trouble getting in contact with railsplayground?

I haven't had even an automated response to support requests all week,
and my forum registration is still pending.

The toll free number on their site appears to not be working from
Australia.

Anyone have any clues?

It sounds like we are having problems receiving your emails to us.
What address are you sending them to? You can also submit a ticket
using our billing/account manager at

Now that's service. I think you've just convinced me to keep
RailsPlaygound in mind when/if I'm ever looking for a Rails hosting
service.
