Fetch followeres in circle in Google Plus in rails

Hi All

Is any buddy can tell me , is this possible to fetch followers form Google plus in rails application, I did R&D on this but did not get satisfactory answer from any where , 
what I have visited so far https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/google-plus-developers/dCDJzgOC510 .
                                 Please let me know is there any gem or other way to achieve this in rails.
