how to sync_clock time of Heroku to AWS S3 image upload with carrierWave

I got an error every time when image upload happens

<Code>RequestTimeTooSkewed</Code>

<Message>The difference between the request time and the current time is too large.</Message>

<RequestTime>Thu,24 Oct 2013 22:17:41+0000</RequestTime>

<ServerTime>2013-10-24T22:33:21Z</ServerTime>

The time difference is more then 15 Min. how to set this to actual time please help us to set heroku time to actual time.

We are using carrierwave v 0.6.2, mini_magick v 3.5.0 ,rails 3.2.13 and ruby 1.9.3 in our application
