IE7.0.5730.11
Windows XP sp2
Prototype 1.5.0

Try to run a simple statement - alert($$("[abc]").length);
Here is the error message from IE7:
Line: 1536
Char: 5
Error: Object required
Code: 0

It seems that the attribute selector cannot be used in "$$" in IE7 if
using Prototype 1.5.0. Does anyone give me an answer? Is this a 1.5.0
bug?

Thanks,
- Shuo

Have you checked 1.6 to see whether this has already been dealt with?
It's been 16 months, three minor revisions, one major revision, and a
further minor revision since 1.5.0 was released. (http://
