Effect.SlideUp/Down Broken in 1.6.5 in IE

Howdy All,

Just an FYI that Effect.Slide Up? & Down now seem to be broken in the
latest version (1.6.5) in IE only.

I just broke down my code line by line to see if it was something I did
since it was working yesterday and when I added the new version and had
only been testing in Moz since. But after a few hrs it dawned on me
that I updated the kit and rolled back to 1.6.4 it worked A-OK in both
browsers.

If I can see what's changed I'll submit a patch.
