Is it intentional that the Caching with Rails guide is not linked on the guides index?

It is marked as a Work In Progress guide in http://edgeguides.rubyonrails.org/index.html and WIP guides aren't linked in the Guides Index.

Is someone working on that guide?, I've been looking at it and I would love to contribute.
