simple_captcha not showing image

to Deploying Ruby on Rails
i develop ruby rails application on netbean
and i install plugins simple_captcha, nothing error but it wan't show
the image, it's only alt text viewed.
i had install RMagick-2.10.0-ImageMagick-6.5.3-10-Q8
