datetime_select :include_blank clobbers :default option

Hey guys,

"Currently with datetime_select, if you set :include_blank => true, it
overrides any :default you may have specified." — you've discussed
this weird behavior three years ago, and decided to eliminate it (as I
understand it):

Is there any reason why it still behaves like this?
