Thinking of starting a newsletter for Rails tickets

I've been thinking about how to reduce the nos of open tickets on Rails LH, make it easier for core members to look at the tickets that matter, make it easier on us contributors and make it easier for newcomers to make an entry into contributing to Rails.

So I had this crazy idea where I send a newsletter containing a compiled digest of Rails tickets that may be of some interest (more on what type in the survey).
