I’m developing a game using Spritekit, and I’m intending on sprinkling a bit of 3D with Scenekit (through a SK3DNode). Well, I started experimenting on it and found something odd.
The odd behavior is that if compile the project into a Sim device < iPhone 5s it works as expected… but if the Sim device is >= 5s then the 3D scene is not visible. I only have an iPhone 5s to test on and it is consistent with the simulator; I can’t see the 3D Scene on my physical device. Same thing for iPad… it doesn’t work on an iPad Air sim, but it does work on a iPad Retina sim.
The original project works OK on all Sim devices.
Anybody can point out what is going on ?
