Working on an Acknowledgements page

Hi folks,

I'm working on putting together an acknowledgements page for all those
who donated,
which I will put on the Ruby Mendicant page and carry along to any
more permanent home in the future.

If you donated publicly, your name will be listed on this page unless
you opt out.
If you donated anonymously, your name will not be listed unless you opt in.

If you prefer to use another name than the one listed on the donation
