Archaean Prawn ready

Hey folks,

I've decided to cap the milestone and write up the dev summary for it:

You've now got text primitives, in the coming weeks, I'll be working
on font embedding and basic i18n stuff, to make the new text features
more useful.

I've also started a Prawn mailing list, where I plan to post open
questions about problems I'm having, and also answer any questions
users / contributors might have:
