[rk] zeroconf registration support

Hi there !

Just a note to let you know that the library for basic osc
communication in rubyk (oscit) now supports zeroconf service
advertising.

What this means is that you just start rubyk and every machine on the
local link know that "machine name" offers an "oscit" based service.
This is just the beginning to more plug&play fun with rubyk and the
network...
